1. You must adhere to these FTC guidelines when promoting. Disclose your affiliate relationship in all marketing materials.

2. Don't spam or send out cold emails.

3. Cash rebates, buy backs, gift cards or physical product incentives are not allowed.

4. Don't use negative marketing (e.g. "Is The Coaching Profit System a scam?" or "Don't buy The Coaching Profit System").

5. Don't misrepresent the product or the opportunity.

6. Don't represent yourself as part of the product (e.g. make a Facebook page or group with the product name in it).

7. Don't send emails or post anything online with any of the following "from" names: "John Thornhill," "Randy Smith," "The Coaching Profit System," or any variation thereof.

8. Self-referral (purchasing from your own affiliate link) is strictly forbidden and ClickBank will ban you for life if you do this.

Payment Terms

You will earn 50% commission on any frontend sales and OTO sales generated.

You will also earn additional commissions on any internal member upgrades. These commissions can range from $25 up to $2,498.50

Commissions are paid out immediately via ClickBank at the point of sale.

Payments are sent every Wednesday for transactions up to and including 7 days prior.

All payments will be made in US Dollars.
